Foreclosures in Town?

Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Windsor, Colorado? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Windsor?

Of the current inventory of homes for sale in Windsor, Colorado only .06% are banked owned! Of those some are well worth a visit! Windsor Colorado Real Estate has not been affected by foreclosures as much as other cities in Weld County.
